Press ReleaseRachel Rossi to Kickoff Countywide ‘#AskRachel Listening Tour’

LOS ANGELES – On Wednesday, January 15, Rachel Rossi, the first public defender to run for Los Angeles County District Attorney, will kick off her countywide listening tour.  With stops planned for all five county supervisorial districts, Rossi will begin her “#AskRachel Listening Tour” in South Los Angeles where current District Attorney Jackie Lacey has refused to publicly meet with constituents for over 5 years.

“This listening tour will be an opportunity to learn from L.A. County residents about their priorities for their communities when it comes to the office of the District Attorney, said Rossi. “I want to answer their questions and listen to their concerns about the role of the district attorney.  More importantly, I want to learn more about their vision for the future of this important office.”

The first stop of the Rachel Rossi for District Attorney #AskRachel Listening Tour will be in L.A. County Supervisorial District 2 in South Los Angeles on Wednesday, January 25 from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM at The Big House located at 180 East 35th Street in Los Angeles.

The event is free and open to the public.
